Combine a custom-shaped resealable pouch with a printed paperboard holder for coordinated retail presentation. The holder’s front cutout reveals your pouch artwork, while the hanging header provides space for peg-display placement and additional branding.
01 / THE POUCH
Shape your packaging identity.
Develop a distinctive die cut Mylar bag with coordinated front and back printing. The lay flat format combines a press-to-close zipper, tear notches and a top heat-seal allowance.
Reference material: PET / VMPET / PE laminate. Film thickness and surface finish are reviewed with the selected pouch structure.
02 / THE HOLDER
Frame the artwork for display.
A printed paperboard sleeve adds a reinforced hanging header, folded sidewalls and a shallow bottom support. Its front cutout is positioned around the key artwork on the inserted pouch.
Reference material: 400gsm paperboard. Window outline, fold positions and support details are adjusted to the finished pouch.

Pouch measurements describe the maximum flat outside dimensions. Holder height includes the hanging header. Final usable space, fill quantity, holder depth and assembly fit are confirmed with a filled-pouch sample.
