Total height includes the handle area. The 4" gusset is the full expanded bottom depth, formed by two 2" folds. Usable internal space is reduced by the handle zone, zipper and seals.
Three details that shape the carry experience
Integrated Carry Handle
A rounded die cut handle sits above the zipper. Handle position, surrounding material and film thickness are reviewed around the intended packed load.
Resealable Zipper
The press-to-close zipper allows the bag to be opened and reclosed. Closure placement is coordinated with the handle header and artwork layout.
Expanding Bottom Gusset
The bottom fold expands to accommodate packaged items. Final bag dimensions are selected around the actual combination of pouches, containers or cartons.
