PET/PE and PET/CPP are candidate structures for printed soft plastic lure packaging. Film thickness, sealing requirements and compatibility should be reviewed using your bait formulation, additives and intended storage conditions.
Insert Fit Development
Tray development considers the head profile, body thickness, tail stem and paddle shape. The illustrated four-cavity insert is a starting configuration; custom cavity quantities and dimensions require a tooling and sample review.
Send your lure dimensions, sample photos or physical samples together with the required pack count. This allows the pouch, window and insert to be reviewed as one packaging set.

1. Are the four tray channels individually sealed?
No. The four channels are molded into one separate open-top PET insert. The complete insert sits inside one zipper pouch; the channels are not individually sealed film pockets.
2. Can the packaging fit bait sizes other than 5.8 inches?
Yes. Pouch dimensions and tray cavities can be developed for other soft bait sizes and pack counts. Fit must be checked against the full lure shape, including its paddle tail.
3. Can both sides of the fishing bait bag be printed?
Yes. Front and back artwork can include your branding, fish illustrations, product information and supplied codes. The front clear-window area is coordinated with the tray and printed design.
4. Does the quotation include both the pouch and the tray?
Request a quotation per complete packaging set. Pricing depends on pouch size, film, printing, finish, tray specifications and quantity. New tray tooling and sampling costs will be identified in the quotation.
5. Are the soft baits shown supplied with the packaging?
No. The supply consists of empty printed bags and empty PET inserts. The soft baits shown illustrate the proposed arrangement and are not included.
6. What are the minimum order and dispatch time?
The starting MOQ is 500 sets, subject to printing and tray tooling requirements. The dispatch window is 0–14 days, subject to sample approval and the confirmed production schedule. Transit time depends on the shipping method and destination.
