Start with a printed paperboard carton and clear PET components, then select the board grade, plastic thickness and finish around your packaging requirements. The 350–450 gsm paperboard range is a starting reference; the final specification is confirmed with the approved structure and sample.
Matte finishes can support a restrained brand presentation, glossy finishes add surface shine, and spot UV can highlight selected printed elements. Sample review can cover carton folding, tuck-flap fit, window attachment, insert loading and clearance around the lure’s hooks.
For a multi-SKU lure collection, a shared carton or insert may be possible when the lure dimensions and hook layouts are compatible. Each shape should be reviewed before confirming shared tooling.

1. Does the packaging set include fishing lures?
No. We supply empty custom window cartons and separate clear inserts. Lures in presentation examples demonstrate the intended packaging application.
2. Can these boxes be customized for other hard bait sizes?
Yes. The 4-inch minnow is a reference format. Carton dimensions and insert cavities can be developed around other minnow lures, jerkbaits and hard bait shapes.
3. Does the 180 mm height include the hanging header?
No. The reference carton body is 180 mm high. A 25 mm extended hanging header brings the overall height to 205 mm.
4. Can one insert be used for several lure models?
Possibly, if their complete shapes, lips and hook positions fit the same cavity. Different body lengths or hook arrangements may require separate insert tooling.
5. Can you print our branding, QR codes and barcodes?
Yes. Custom printing can include your branding, illustrations, specifications, supplied QR codes, barcodes, social media details and batch fields. Free artwork layout support is available.
6. What are the MOQ and dispatch time?
The reference MOQ is 500 sets, subject to insert tooling and printing specifications. Dispatch is arranged within 0–14 days according to sample approval and the confirmed production schedule. Transit time is quoted separately.
