Packaging Developed Around the Complete Lure
This custom hard bait packaging can be developed for single minnow lures and other hard-bodied fishing lures. Cavity development considers body length, maximum width, diving-lip projection, hook positions and overall depth.
The illustrated 4-inch, 3/8-ounce lure is an application example. Body length alone does not define the required cavity: the lip, split rings and hooks must also be included in the fit review.

In a face-seal blister package, the formed PET cover has a flat perimeter flange that is sealed onto a compatible coated area of the printed paperboard card. The flange layout, coating and finishing areas should be planned together.
Share your lure samples or dimensional drawings, filling method and sealing requirements. We can review the cavity, hook clearances, card layout and proposed materials before confirming tooling and production specifications. Tooling requirements and charges are included in the quotation review.

What is included in one packaging set?
One set includes a printed paperboard backing card and an empty formed PET blister cover. Fishing lures shown in the packaging examples are for demonstration and are not included.
Are the listed dimensions fixed stock sizes?
The 90 × 210 mm card and 65 × 150 × 30 mm blister are custom development references. Blister dimensions are external and include the sealing flange. Final cavity and package dimensions are confirmed through the drawings and sample.
Can the blister accommodate the diving lip and hooks?
The cavity can be developed around the lure’s complete shape, including its lip, split rings and attached hooks. Provide samples or detailed measurements so clearance and fit can be checked before production.
Can both sides of the backing card be customized?
Yes. Front-and-back printing can include your branding, illustrations, specifications, warnings, website, QR codes, barcodes and batch information. Final code data and product copy are confirmed during artwork approval.
Can you coordinate packaging for many different SKUs?
Yes. We can coordinate multiple card artworks and review whether the same blister geometry can serve different lure colors or collections. Quantities per design, cavity requirements and printing arrangements are confirmed during quotation.
What are the minimum order and dispatch time?
The minimum order reference is 500 sets, subject to blister tooling and printing specifications. Dispatch is 0–14 days, subject to sample approval and the agreed order schedule. Shipping transit time is additional.
